Microencapsulation of titanium (IV) oxide nanoparticles in PEG 8000 via the pulse
expansion of the jet of the polymer solution in the supercritical carbon dioxide into
the background of sulfur hexafluoride and carbon dioxide is performed. The product
preci pitates on the substrate either in globular or film form; the latter results from
the intermolecular condensation of polymer coils. The effects of the type and pressure
of the background gas in the range at 0.125 to 3 atm onto the quality and composition
of the preci pitated product are studied. The globular form microcapsules or film
consisting of a bulk product intermolecular condensation coils were obtained on
substrate.
